Las aplicaciones se traban y no ofrecen soluciones integrales a los negocios, no es intuitiva ni para el negocio ni para el usuario. Mas que solucionar han llenado de trabas los procesos.

My Shopify account has been review for over 3 months. I have reached out to Facebook many times and I still don't know what the issue is. Still waiting.

WOW! Wasn't expecting what I got. FOX n Friends didn't show full justice. I thought it was canvas or something. Cant wait to get it to my house this weekend. Totally worth the wait. Lori, Herico VA

Stop working and they failed to tell me why

I have been locked out of my facebook for over a year and there is no live support - I have gone so far as to submit business records facial images for facial recognition and government issued id's. Nothing allows me access to my own account - so I have reached out to my congressmen and women's offices and sent documentation to show how this is effecting my ability to. Meta must do better to support - Shopify should assist as well.

Meta is absolute garbage when it comes to customer service. I have been trying to connect my shop AND pay for ads for over a week. I have contacted support 2x per day at this point and still nothing. TRASH

Fantastic app for expanding your sales channels. 100 times easier to setup, verify your business is legit, and sync products compared to TikTok store. Plus you get best of both worlds (FB & IG). Can't go wrong.

I'm not sure why the app keeps disconnecting my shop from Instagram and Facebook; however, it is now costing me money and we'll need to fix that ASAP before the losses get too much.
