Facebook and Instagram are the right place to support dealings with others, and from here they have benefited me a lot in my humble store, as we trade in all kinds of children's products, from clothes and toys to others. Having problems posting on instagram it seems FB has audio and instagram does not. I have a second issue I would like to mention, I have been threatened for the past several months from someone saying they are meta they say I have violations and copyright infringements. I have replied may many times, and all i get back is the same old messages saying We have been trying to contact you. Then after a few months they say I am being sued for something. I have requested SO MANY times that they should send me exactly what the problem is so I can address it directly. but this has been going on for months now. Can someone at META contact me directly and stop this harassment.

overly complicated, terrible support, i had to set up a whole new meta account just to make this work because i got scammed on marketplace 3 years ago and my account was flagged..
only using it because i have to reach more customers.
painful experience so far and i have barely touched the sides of this rubbish.
so many menus and sub-menus you can tell its made by people who are not working in a coherent team to achieve a polished product that works seamlessly for the benefit of the user.
instead we have been left with a labrynth of menus and dead end troubleshooting articles to become a full time job just to promote a business on their platform.
