It does not connect to my account at all. It just crashes every time i try and i have reach out to support and nothing can be done from them and i should reach out to Facebook directly and it is so annoying. The App is just not working.

Meta will deny all responsibility for everything that happens within their platform/tools. No accountability even if you outline every technical detail about the issues. They will simply forward the blame to everything else, the funny part is you can trick them into blaming something and they will tell you to reach out to the party at fault, and then reveal the thing they're blaming is owned by them.
Then the support team will send you a contact form for escalations that serves a 500 response error as no one from support has ever tried to use it
