Facebook is constantly rejecting my products saying that if violates policy although I am a licensed retailer for everything I put in my shop. Also, there is no way to appeal FB’s reasoning for rejecting the product

This app helped me, it was fine. It was easy to set up. I would include it again because people expect it.

Everything was good until now. But now it happens from time to time that the data is not transferred correctly. Multiple shops are now drastically overreporting conversions. This has to have something to do with how the pixel is installed via this app. Probably counting the refresh of the order confirmation as a sale.
I am not talking about one or two conversions more, it's a 10-20x! I had 10 sales but over 100 were reported to the admanager. This seriously messes with ad delivery and interpreting data.
I'll update this review to five stars if someone fixes this problem.

Quick and easy. It was not cumbersome to use. Visuals of where to navigate buttons are helpful. Videos too.

- dass ich Werbung schalten kann
- dass ich meine Zahlungsmittel verifizieren
- das die Werbeeinschränkungen auf meinen Konten aufgehoben wurden
- ein Ticket zu eröffnen
- das der Kundenservice reagiert und mir eine andere Lösung anbietet als Links, die ins Nirwana enden
- Shopify mit Meta zu verknüpfen

Everything was fine but like with everything else...they "updated" it and "fixed" everything and now it doesn't work.

Set up for Facebook was super easy! I had a bunch of hurdles to jump over on the Facebook side, but once I had done that, the process of setting it up on Shopify was a breeze.
