there is no support with this app - I have been hacked 3 weeks ago, they took over my socials and pages, I have sent in several support tickets to remove the app from Shopify as the hacker is charging my ads account and using our pixel to retarget and no support. Shopify's hands are tied because its a 3rd party app. VERY disappointed in META. They need to take some cues from Shopify in support.

Charlotte here from Shopify support, thank you for taking the time to install and use the Facebook channel on your store. With the Facebook channel now being owned by Meta, the marketing section for Facebook in Shopify has since been removed, and all ads will now need to be run from directly within the Facebook Ads account. The app doesn't work, at first, it said "error verifying your account, try in one minute" Now I select the cookies and accept them and it appears the cookies message again and again. Please SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!!!

This is the most annoying app ever! I spend more than 10 hours just to repeat the same steps over and over! It should be so simple and it's just a Bloody nightmare! Facebook Marketing is not working! I keep on getting the same issues when trying to do the set up for my Ad account. I keep on getting this; This ad account needs to be added to the selected Business Manager to continue. And when i added my account guess what? This ad account couldn’t be added to the selected Business Manager because you’ve reached the maximum number of allowed ad accounts. Contact Facebook support to learn more..... I have contacted them and now is 5 hours waiting! This is Facebook for god sake!

Error message after error message. Instructions that don't work. A new support staff member responds each time so there's zero ownership of actually helping you solve the issue. I just don't think Shopify integrations work, but they look shiny and fairly easy to use from the outside. Once you try to implement anything it takes weeks if not months to resolve.

Cant use the app! It won’t let me add it to my Facebook. 3 months and support can’t help me. Waste of my time.

Come mai non posso collegare il mio account Shopify con Instagram è Facebook per taggare i prodotti che vendo? Dopo che il mio account Instagram è stato hackerato e ne ho dovuto creare un altro, non riesco più a installare l’app metà su shopify.

This app seems to have the power to push feed to Facebook without approval. Be aware that any time you add a new product to your shopify store, Facebook publishes it on your timeline without letting you know!

It keeps saying I'm limited on Facebook because Shopify Business Manager needs to connect and when click connect/add account from Shopify, it doesn't work. Stating I have to send a request. Then it says request sent. Totally confusing & is hurting my marketing and sales! Urgently need answers and solutions!

I've tried setting this up many times. No success so far. I will continue trying. Considering the size of Shopify and Facebook this app should be much better.
