Meta is the worst and takes you in circles. If you like just talking to an AI bot and wasting your time, not to mention teaching yourself to become a code programmer with their zero customer support, this is the app for you!
There's a problem with my app and it says 'Action Needed' but what action is needed? It doesn't tell me. I tried to get help and it said "Your chat is available in Messenger. You can open the chat if you have questions or need more support. Your case number is 26636240612688089." So I clicked "Open chat" and it opened a message window but it's completely blank. Do I wait for someone or begin the chat? I tried typing a message and it says "Couldn't send". Very very frustrating. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.
Horrible experience, its not intuitive and no instructions. One of the worst apps on Shopify. I am struggling to just do the basic setup and connecting my instagram with Shopify. They could have made it seamless but the apps seems too rigid and full of bureaucracy. I left few messages and no one called, so not an easy way to even get in touch with someone.
The worst experience I've ever had with any company! I have been locked out of my account for over 8 months now. I've submitted all the required documents for a business dispute, and I've received absolutely no help since I submitted them. I even went as far as getting Meta Verified through my personal account in hopes I could get more help to recover my business account, and nothing! This is hurting my business as my website's domain is still linked to the old account I'm unable to access, therefore, I cannot link it to the new account I've setup. I've begged for help! I've opened multiple tickets trying to get this resolved, but FaceBook cares nothing about you or your small business. They have forgotten where they come from and could care less about you! So, now you just take my money for my monthly subscription, and I get nothing in return! I can't tag any of my products when posting on my social media accounts because I cannot verify my domain - because it's still linked to my old account! It's like adding salt to the wound when I've done everything that's been asked of me, but FaceBook won't follow through on their end!
I would like to connect my Shopify website to Instagram. I submitted the Instagram info to Shopify, but it has been stuck in the 'Syncing additional info' process for about half a year. What should I do to resolve this

Hello. I have tried several times to download and connect this app. Every single time I only get a blank screen with zero set-up options. There are no buttons to click, just a white, blank page.

Terrible customer service... my documents have been in review for 40 days now and support keeps telling e 48 hours.
I am unable to connect my facebook store to shopify and only can connect instagram store to shopify. There is no option to select to connect facebook to shopify!
I have been trying to connect my Shopify store to Facebook, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. In my attempts to set things up, I accidentally created a few Facebook pages and now, I find myself in a situation where I can't link any of my Facebook pages to my store.
The lack of clear guidance and support has made this process feel impossible. I’m extremely disappointed that what should be a straightforward integration has turned into such a chaotic mess. I expected better from both Shopify and Facebook, especially considering how crucial these platforms are for my business.
I hope there will be improvements to the setup process and better support options for users in the future.
