I have been using Facebook and Instagram integration with Shopify for the past few months and the results have been phenomenal. The setup process was straightforward and we were able to sync our product seamlessly.

great stuff

Awful. Product hero images were generating at random - the back of a shirt, for example, would show as the hero image, while the same product would have the correct Hero Image when featured more than once.

Live shop editor is trash. It doesn't show you the live preview while you are editing - like how Shopify does when editing your theme.

I contacted support about the above and now my Facebook ...

It has been very difficult to connect my store. Once I did get it connected, I still get errors, and constant wanting verification. I tried submitting what I had and then it gets rejected, no way of getting in contact with anyone at all.

I was first able to update the shop, but then it said I don't have access. I can't actually see the store on my FB or Instagram page. When I searched items to update the shop (when I had access) it couldn't find my collections or products so I had to search them manually. Needs simplifying.
