Ultimamente no puedo conectar mi catálogo, únicamente mi pixel y me presenta un error al hacerlo.
Your UX is garbage. I can't find anything as instructed
I don't to leave bad review however I cannot finish connecting Facebook or Tiktok to my shopify store no matter how I try, it always just shows error messages and says unable to connect the accounts. I hope this can be resolved somehow. Thanks for reading
Impossible. I was a vetted seller - then I changed my bank account info - I have spent 6 weeks trying to get back into the system. No one can help me here. I am frustrated
It was painful, maybe because of my lack of knowledge, I tried to self help but after 4 days I contacted Meta, the most patient meta employee introduces herself, this was not a quick fix and it took 2.5 hours to resolve, sharing my screen she guided me though the issues, explained the and resolved my issues, top marks for support from Meta.
