There's a problem with my app and it says 'Action Needed' but what action is needed? It doesn't tell me. I tried to get help and it said "Your chat is available in Messenger. You can open the chat if you have questions or need more support. Your case number is 26636240612688089." So I clicked "Open chat" and it opened a message window but it's completely blank. Do I wait for someone or begin the chat? I tried typing a message and it says "Couldn't send". Very very frustrating. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.
I am unable to connect my facebook store to shopify and only can connect instagram store to shopify. There is no option to select to connect facebook to shopify!

absolutely ANNOYING! Every other day im having to verify my identity in order to publish my store to facebook and instagram from shopify. the products show as active but the store is not visible on either facebook or instagram.
My shops were approved today and were active. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it due to pixel issues and not being able to find the pixel attached to my store to create ads and while doing the installation I have been told that my shops have been disabled and I have not followed the community guidelines.
I have been trying to connect my Shopify store to Facebook, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. In my attempts to set things up, I accidentally created a few Facebook pages and now, I find myself in a situation where I can't link any of my Facebook pages to my store.
The lack of clear guidance and support has made this process feel impossible. I’m extremely disappointed that what should be a straightforward integration has turned into such a chaotic mess. I expected better from both Shopify and Facebook, especially considering how crucial these platforms are for my business.
I hope there will be improvements to the setup process and better support options for users in the future.
One of the worst platform to sell in Meta especialy since they stopped the shop on the Desktop computers and focused of Mobile only.
Your ads on desktops becomes full of errors and missed links.

Store was in review over a month. (I read it should officially be 48 hours.) I disconnect and reconnected about 5 days ago. Probably a mistake because now I'm starting the clock over.
It is too difficult to use Shopify and Meta business platforms.
