The Meta Business Suite is a nightmare and I'm having to hire a consultant to straighten it out. I can't link my facebook page for some unknown reason. I can't even log in half the time to Meta as there are 2 of us that are admins. Building campaigns, you can edit them but it won't take you back to where you left off. Overall, it's very difficult.

I don't believe it's possible to get this app to work. I've followed countless instructions, followed videos, googled it, asked Insta and FB no matter what I do it still ends up with the status as "In review". I don't mind that it's probably something I've done wrong. What I do mind is there's nowhere to find out what's wrong and how to put it right! Where's the help? Step by step instructions? ...

Open a new webshop, and starting to build up facebook and instagram accounts etc. now to day log in to instagram and they have deactivated it? something about not real or trying to surpas rules. but HOW? its total new instagram account and your even approved it for shopping and got all documents, VAT business number etc.
Setting up FB and IG has always been a pain and support has not been there ...

It was painful, maybe because of my lack of knowledge, I tried to self help but after 4 days I contacted Meta, the most patient meta employee introduces herself, this was not a quick fix and it took 2.5 hours to resolve, sharing my screen she guided me though the issues, explained the and resolved my issues, top marks for support from Meta.
