I was able to set up my Facebook Page Account very fast and very easy. Just click on the buttons and the magic happens. Amazing. Thank you for this.

There is no option of facebook when i create a campaign. Please suggest what should i do. Is it bug or another issue?

Charlotte here from Shopify support, thank you for taking the time to install and use the Facebook channel on your store and leave a review. It is expected behaviour that you will not see an option to run ads in the Facebook channel, as Facebook now requires all ads to be run from within the Facebook Ads account. I'm going to follow up with you over email to open up the lines of communication and see how we can provide more support for you on this.

The Facebook integration with Shopify is useless. I cannot access my catalog, I am constantly dealing with technical issues, and after a recent update the app stopped worked entirely. I do not recommend this. Facebook does not integrated easily with Shopify.

Plugin is ok, would be nice if it included some way to embed your facebook feed. It's alright for ads and that's about it. If Facebook were to add embed for posts and feed that would be a huge plus!

didnt finish set up at terms and conditions couldnt do anything and wasnt able to set up i was disappointed Shopify wouldnt post my add until I gave 4 stars what a scam
