Hello! I've come across two critical issues regarding orders from Instagram and Facebook. First, the customer information lacks a phone number, even though I've configured it as "required" in Shopify checkout settings. Can you please ensure the phone number field is mandatory for Facebook and Instagram orders?
Secondly, when fulfilling orders from Facebook and Instagram via Shopify, it doesn't send a shipping confirmation email to the customer. This leaves them unaware of the shipment status. Can this be addressed? Thanks!

Ik heb alles geprobeerd om een shopify winkel te koppelen aan mijn facebook business pagina maar niets lijkt te werken. Ik krijg net zoals vele anderen foutmeldingen, meldingen dat de shop onder controle staat en dat je nog enige tijd dient te wachten. Maar dit duurt nu toch al weken en niks verandert. Totaal niet tevreden dus over de werking momenteel.

Every time I get going and making money Facebook says I violated something and I have tried to fight it and they deny me. They don't even tell you why. All my ads were approved and no issues. I wasted time and money working with them. This has happened twice now. Very depressing.
