Extremely buggy. I've had to reconnect my shop countless times. (It often flags innocuous items like "black geometric earrings" as obscene and not able to be sold.

I understand that certain data needs to be exchanged between my Shopify site and Meta in order to facilitate a purchase. However, like almost every app on this platform - there is no reason an app needs to have access to all of my customer data and more. If I sell 5,000 products and only one order on Facebook, why do they get access to the 4,999 other customer's data? I think too many times folks click through all the 'Accept' buttons and never have a clue that they are opting to literally share all of their customer's private data with a 3rd party. I have a privacy policy that states I will not share customer details with 3rd parties...and I'm going to stick with that.

The link between the three apps are poor. I wish that, whenever I have a new product, the listings will automatically reflect to Instagram and Facebook apps. Its so annoying to have to go into the separate page within shopify, add my new product, then to have it approved.

If these were auto connect, I would rate 5 star and be a forever loyal user.

Utter Garbage! Loads of errors "Something went wrong", completely useless in the UK. Impossible to have a SHOP button on the facebook page in the UK. Even 1+hour of telephone support from Meat couldn't resolve it. Well they did by giving me a "Work around" in the form of a "Sign-up" button which just links to the my website. If Meta support can't get a Facebook Shop up and running this proves it isn't fit for purpose. Complete waste of time!

I've had a horrible experience so far. It was so confusing and because i have 3 face book and Instagram accounts it got even messier when it came down to user rolls and assigning assets. Also, The business manager and the commerce manager and the add manager is toooooo much. Also the shop.. No ne knows how to find it. No ONE!. Not user friendly at all and you basically need a User manual to operate it.

Facebook detected "automation" when I connected my shopify account. This is absolutely useless, if the automation involved with shopify syncing store data to FB is flagged. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

Doesn't work. When I log into Facebook it tells me I don't have access to this feature yet. I've tried switching over to my FB business page and then logging in from Shopify but it tells me I have to switch back to my personal account first.
