Setup was a breeze! Too easy in fact! I had no prior experience with Facebook shop or Instagram shop, this app bridged everything in the simpliest way possible. Highly recommend!
I used this to connect to fb. I liked how it worked. It would be better if all info was on 1 page instead of having to jump from page to page.

Awful experience. Half the time my products won't even sync from Shopify to Facebook without any reason. I was also not able to use a Facebook commerce account, and my questions were not answered by Facebook's customer service either.

When it comes to commerce account approvals and product approvals this is something determined directly by Facebook that Shopify does not have a hand it. I would be more than happy to provide other ways you can contact Facebook as well as other options you explore while you wait for Facebook to get back to you! I will be in touch by email shortly. The log in process was a little confusing because i have almost 5 pages and i had to create new FB pixel & catalogue, the old ones were not working anymore .
I NO longer desire to use FB as a channel to advertise on as the comments/actions of OTHER rude/obnoxious users are NOT shadow banned as certain people appear to be. Many Thanks

I used this app to set up facebook channel. I would like to test it to know it is connected to my shopify account.
It has said my shops are active but I have never seen them on either fb or ig. Where are they? It's been months!!!! Uninstalling NOW! BYE!

This absolutely does not work every time I try to add the app it literally brings me to a page that is about to load but then after a 2-3 min wait says error not found…. Please Shopify Facebook fix this issue we are trying to advertise our products and time is of the essence when getting these things done.

4 estrela apenas porque exite que tenhamos o Shopify Payments. Isso limita para quem quer usar um outro meio de pagamento. Mas se voce usa o Shopify Payments ele faz tudo sozinho mesmo.
