absolutely ANNOYING! Every other day im having to verify my identity in order to publish my store to facebook and instagram from shopify. the products show as active but the store is not visible on either facebook or instagram.
The app prevents you from completing the setup if you're located in a country where Facebook Shop is not supported. As a result, it's not possible to set up the Meta Pixel properly, as the data sharing option remains inactive. If anyone has found a solution to this issue, please share. Thank you!
It stopped working and no one will respond about getting help to try to fix it. It has been saying that the account is in review for over a month now when its supposed to take 24 hrs to reconnect. It sucks because I can't sell anymore using the platforms.
Nothing works in Facebook. They make things very difficult and their websites have so many glitches. Their internal processes aren't designed to resolve normal issues that arise from running a business. It's always horrible dealing with Meta.
The Meta Business Suite is a nightmare and I'm having to hire a consultant to straighten it out. I can't link my facebook page for some unknown reason. I can't even log in half the time to Meta as there are 2 of us that are admins. Building campaigns, you can edit them but it won't take you back to where you left off. Overall, it's very difficult.

Instagram connection is great but the Facebook is not. I am only seeing recently added products and not the whole products in the catalogue.

They are not linking correctly, and there is no one to talk to about fixing the issue.
Our Facebook and Instagram account have been disabled for almost 2 weeks and we have done all the necessary steps to fix this issue. We have all the information required for our account submitted. We need to fix this issue so we can continue selling on Facebook and Instagram. No one has been able to help us with this ongoing issue.
