The app prevents you from completing the setup if you're located in a country where Facebook Shop is not supported. As a result, it's not possible to set up the Meta Pixel properly, as the data sharing option remains inactive. If anyone has found a solution to this issue, please share. Thank you!

Before I can tag my products in facebook and instagram.
I do the same process of uploading photos and information in shopify as before.But now I can not tag my products at all. I need help.

I'm not able to add the sales channel in to the facebook commerce manager. Everytime I tried add account It ask me to create a shop and in the next page I select shopify then after shopify landing page shows without login. I click on login in shopify it ask me to add channel which I already added. The same process still going on repeat.

The interface to create the store doesn’t really show a good preview. It says my store is in review but it has been like that for some time and I don’t know what to do.

This app brings in one photo for each listing and it's a variation photo. Don't bother trying to change it, because it will just revert right back to the wrong one. The only advice I've received on how to fix this is to manually add the products to Meta...which defeats the whole purpose of even having it connected to Shopify.

I found it diffcult to list products as some would be declined without an explanation as to why this was, other than 'commerce policies'. This didn't help me rectify the problem with editing product descriptions etc., the specific issue needs to be given. The help from the developers was limited.

Our Instagram shop can't accept any orders. Customers have called us and sent us screenshots of in-system cancelled order. They can only purchase by going straight to Shopify which makes it pointless for us to have Instagram at this point. Can't run ads because the purchases are cancelled if purchased.

The Meta Business Suite is a nightmare and I'm having to hire a consultant to straighten it out. I can't link my facebook page for some unknown reason. I can't even log in half the time to Meta as there are 2 of us that are admins. Building campaigns, you can edit them but it won't take you back to where you left off. Overall, it's very difficult.
