I deleted the Facebook app and I tried to re-install it again. Facebook disabled my account AGAIN. THIS IS INTOLERABLE. ---
I would've given a ZERO. Facebook disabled my ad account for NO REASON after I installed the app on Shopify.

Facebook is a waste of space, and a nightmare to try to do any business with. They reject products based on God knows what and the customer service is garbage, too. Save your time, and try somewhere else.

INEXISTENTE ATENCION AL CLIENTE. PAGANDO ADS Y PAGINA DESACTIVADA
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. PAYING FOR ADS AND PAGE DISABLED
Spent about 10 hours over the phone so far trying to get my products to sync. First/initial setup was OK I was able to sync about 75% of our products, some were missing, then I realised newly added products were not syncing... so I tried to fix this issue and has been ongoing for weeks and taking up a huge amount of time. You'd think the official FB app would be working ok for the most part but i've had nothing but issues. Also despite doing multiple screenshares, emails, sending screenshots and more... they are still unable to fix this issue. Now I have products "stuck" on FB that I cannot delete (many 1000s) because you can only do it within this app and the app after reinstalling it in an attempt to fix is syncing a total of 0 products this time around... which means that we are STILL trying to find workarounds. Going to try another app and see if I can resolve this. But even if Meta do manage to resolve my issues, I am 100% not satisfied with the overall experience and time waste i've had to incur because of this app not working properly from the get-go. This has caused me some levels of stress and unhappiness - naturally as no one likes their time wasted!

Instalamos la aplicación en nuestra tienda de Shopify y nos ha conectado rápidamente con Facebook, pero no nos permite la conexión ni la venta a través de Instagram a pesar de tener una cuenta profesional. No entendemos el motivo y a pesar de seguir el procedimiento para reclamar una explicación no hemos obtenido ninguna respuesta.

This is abysmal! it’s Constantly telling me that there’s an error and that it’s not available also telling me to try again later when i have been trying for a few days now. i’ve also bought the subscription and this is not a good and fulfilling experience.

Não estou conseguindo conectar minha conta. Poderiam ajudar? Dou mais estrelas assim que resolverem. Problema: Este conta não pode ser selecionado porque não tem uma presença estabelecida no Instagram. Tente novamente quando seu conta tiver mais atividade ou selecione um ativo diferente. No entanto, a página já tem 1 mês e possui alguns seguidores.

BEWARE - Horrible service. They have provided no solution or resolution to a setup issue reported on Sept 17; it is now Oct 17. Every time I follow up with them, I receive a generic response. I've specifically asked for ETAs, insight, and visibility into the issue on multiple occasions over the last four weeks so that I can have some sort of timeline on when the problem will be resolved, and they have provided zero concrete answers. This is the takeaway I want you to know: I have not been able to set up a shop with this channel in 4 weeks. Don't waste your time here.

Hello we're running into issues integrating the app and our website. The error seems to be coming from ownership issues with our Facebook page. We don't have a single owner to the Facebook page and full permissions are given to the Admins. Facebook doesn't seem to have an option for a single personal page to be the account owner anymore. Some of the errors include: "You do not have admin permissions for the business Peter Coppola you are trying to use, so you cannot complete the flow. Please contact the business admin and obtain permission first." and "To transfer this Page, make sure you’re the admin of the selected Business Manager and the admin of the Business Manager that owns this Page." Again, we're the owners but the app is not recognizing that and will not let us move forward with integration.
