Awful. Product hero images were generating at random - the back of a shirt, for example, would show as the hero image, while the same product would have the correct Hero Image when featured more than once.

Live shop editor is trash. It doesn't show you the live preview while you are editing - like how Shopify does when editing your theme.

I contacted support about the above and now my Facebook and Instagram shop are disabled. So - I am now losing money.

I have uploaded our business tax forms several times and this app will not let me link. I give up.

I was first able to update the shop, but then it said I don't have access. I can't actually see the store on my FB or Instagram page. When I searched items to update the shop (when I had access) it couldn't find my collections or products so I had to search them manually. Needs simplifying.

I would recommend this app because it gives me exposure and for that I'm forever grateful.

Before I can tag my products in facebook and instagram.
I do the same process of uploading photos and information in shopify as before.But now I can not tag my products at all. I need help.

Constant errors. Disconnected my store from my Instagram for no reason after selling for half a year. No help from customer service. Was just told "It's fixed" after doing nothing. TikTok shop incoming!

finally after months and months of trying everything to sort an issue not allowing me to use this feature I was miraculously today shown that my shop was approved what a relief

It’s an amazing experience when looking to reach a larger Audience I find it very easy to use
