Great, Ship, Rate, and Track Apps. Gives customers an idea of what shipping costs may look like so it doesn't come as a surprise later during checkout. The support team is friendly and responsive.
The team is always very helpful at fixing a bug if one arises, I've not had any issues really though. App usually performs perfectly.

Jon's support has been amazing. We are using the app to support SLA based shipping methods for FedEx from multiple warehouses and support generating return labels out of Shopify Admin. Works exactly for what we need it for and there is a ton more functionality we need to dive into in the future.
