Love this app and the developers behind it! Very good functionality and options. Looks and works great on mobile. Would highly recommend using Flits to upgrade your customer dashboard, Flits is so much better than the standard Shopify customer dashboard and much better than the other customer dashboard apps we looked at. Plus, their team is very responsive and helpful if you need assistance with the integration. Highly recommend!!

We've needed something like this for a long time! Glad we've got it now. It's really helpful for our customers to be able to see past order details without having to "drill in", and also to re-order easily. Flits customized the page for us so that we have Bold subscriptions access from this page as well, and we added a SMILE loyalty rewards permalink. That one doesn't work as well as we'd like (it fires up the site home page in a separate window) but it was enough for us to be ready for launching in our new theme and we'll work out the kinks over time I'm sure.
If you're fastidious about spelling and such like I am, you'll see some flaws, but the functionality trumps everything for us right now.
Customer service has been very good. Special shout out to Milind. Service is not instantaneous, but it has been consistently prompt and thorough. They were also very patient and polite when I was complaining about an issue that turned out to be my own fault.

We are looking to add Flits to our site and been firing lots of request to Ankit and their team, the response has been absoluetly brilliant, we will be going live in a couple of weeks time. If you are looking to improve your customer experience highly recommend Flits.
Simple app that enables to edit Shopify's default account page. Interesting features also enable to add custom pages the menu, like custom "private collection or anything else.
this is our 2nd store with shopify and we have flits one the first one.. we always like the app and the way how it is customized.. i have to say support has always been amazing and quick to help
FLITS has been great to work with. As with any app... some almost do the same things as others. Flits was free to start which is great for the Reordering and customer management alone. I was using two other versions of "store credit" but they both had not as nice an interface as Flits.
Ultimately, I was going to be stuck using a differnet credit system, because it was the only one that worked with a Store Pick Up Delivery type app. Yet... Flits came to the rescue last night and was able to get their store credit code to work with the pick ups!
another big bonus for flits? it's James in Nashville Tenn. Flits has a built in chat feature in the app and if you have ever tried to get in touch with your app's customer service, you will know how much of a sticking point this can be. James is always quick to respond and keeps me posted working in the back ground with his team to solve problems.
I couldn't have asked for anything more and it was greatly unexpected with the customer support they have given me.
I am excited and hopeful that Flits continues to add features for our stores, so I can really use it as a 1 stop shop type of app.
