Very useful because it's fairly simple, but the email editor isn't powerful enough. It would be amazing to have something similar to the theme editor for designing emails.
Awesome app. My complaint so far is that dealing with order fulfilments can be really tricky. It's just not intuitive, and half the things I want to do I just can't figure out. Like I was trying to items in an order into different fulfillments. I wanted to put the preorder items seperate from the instock items so that the instock items could be shipped now. I couldn't figure out how to do it, and ended up having to write some code to edit the orders via the shopify api myself..
the automations for the shop are amazing. you're always being told what went wrong and you're being send to where it went wrong. its user friendly

Missing : better debug options , better loop, multi-branching (being able to have multiple output of a single action), better branching (being able to merge from a branch to another)
Very easy to use, and if you're not very familiar with the liquid syntax, the native chat bot proves a useful and quick reference tool.
Easy to manage and edit workflows, but everytime you duplicate a workflow the original marketing emails get deleted in the new workflow. This makes you repeat the work all over again. It would be great if this is fixed, just in case you want to use the same workflow with different segments or tags.
wish i could programmatically edit flows (e.g. export, edit JSON, re-import)
wish i could have multiple triggers (instead of near-identical duplicate flows)
wish i could copy-paste nodes
wish my whole screen wouldnt constantly shift every time i click on the background to deselect a node
Sidekick couldn't effectively create my workflow and I had to do it manually.
