very easy to set up, Sidkick is very helpful and once its set up its easy to manage.
So far so good, easy to setup via Sidekick. Needed a quick way to see if an order was delayed and set it up in about 5 minutes. Thank you!
Doesn't work when set up and shows no errors, no customer support to contact. Looking for a different app now.
It is difficult to add more emails in the automations, like a second and third email
It's quite a bit confusing to figure out which triggers will work for what you want to accomplish, but once you get there it's a major time saver.

Great app for helping connect data and automations to multiple sources!
One little bug when adding multiple criteria to a Flow. The page doesn't allow you to scroll when you are adding more than 2 pieces of criteria. I found a way around it but it was a little frustrating.
Works some of the time, almost always need help from Shopify support to set up.
Some of the commands like wait, etc are a bit hard to find. Also, where is send SMS??
