Merchants appreciate this app for its user-friendly interface that allows easy creation and management of forms without prior web knowledge. It offers extensive customization, including conditional logic and responsive design, with seamless integration into platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo. The customer support is responsive and available even on weekends, enhancing user satisfaction. Merchants also find it offers great value for money with its premium features.
This is truly the best forms app available. In terms of features available, it cannot be beat. I needed the following: ability to both embed a form or put a bubble in the corner of the screen that someone can click to open the form, ability to change the “sent from” email address on submission emails, ability to change the name on submission emails, confirmation emails sent to customers, reply-to email address is the customer’s email address (so I can quickly respond without copy/pasting their email in the to field).
Lastly, this is a huge feature: integration with shopify and Klaviyo (and I’m sure others, but these are the two I use) allow you to map a field in the form to the marketing consent field in shopify/klaviyo. This is a huge feature missing in other apps, as it seems others allow you to add all submissions to the marketing list, but are missing that conditional consent feature. If you want to only subscribe those that consent, you're out of luck.
And I’m sure there’s other features I’m using that I’m forgetting about right now. This app was able to do all of this.
The configuration did take some figuring out and contact with support. Support is quick to respond and very helpful.
The price is extremely reasonable for this app. I am able to do all this with the Premium subscription. Highly recommend!
A very cleaver tool, with a lot of customisation available to get exactly what you need with a pleasing aesthetic. Plus the help from the support team, Emma, was fantastic and helped a very lost customer to get what I needed achieved.
The app is very easy to use and customisable. I have had it for a few years now. Great support team if you have any questions. Shout out to Emma who answered my questions and resolved my small issue within a minute!
