We just recently downloaded the "Free Gifts" app by Secomapp, and it has been nothing but the best experience thus far. The customer service was phenomenal. They were very quick to help with the proper installation of the app and went as far as making sure everything was integrated properly into our store website. Great app. Great features. Great app with great support especially Trix she is an awesome help. But the checkout button not working in one time when you will click multiple times then it will work.

They changed code on our site, that created pricing errors that cost us thousands of dollars. You extreme caution. Their bad coding made lower prices display on 80% of our items. It was a pretty bad mistake to make.

The issue was because the supporter, who had already asked to have the permission to your site, was refused to be given the access to help you test the offers more carefully.
In details, there are 3 access needed to Apps, Theme, Products. And we just received only 2 from you: Apps, Products.
However, he has included this important reminder to you in case anything wrong might happen (as highlighted here: http://prntscr.com/oj7gkn )
With enough access given to our supporter, we can assure that no issue like this will happen.
It was hard to avoid all risks when running business online. We understand your frustration and will do everything within our hand to make it up to you.

I have rarely found an app that does exactly what I need it to, but Free Gifts has been my easiest install yet. I had put two apps into motion at the same time, and Free Gifts was installed by their support team, had answered two of my emails and the app is up and running with my needed setup in less than 36 hours. The other app hasn't even responded with the theme install yet. If you are debating, install this app, take it for a test run and you'll be impressed that it's fully up and running long before the trial period is over. Great support, app works exactly as advertised.
