Downloaded the app yesterday and emailed support to install update. It was done very quickly. Brian even created 2 example rules in our store! Excellent service! We can't wait to give this app a test drive.

So far it seems to be the perfect solution for what I was looking for.

There were some initial issues that needed resolving but Louis Tong was extremely helpful and has helped resolve several issues, all within a few hours of contacting him.

I do think it's a bit overpriced though. With a price reduction this could be the perfect solution for many store owners.

Fantastic support! We did a few testings with FreeGift and love the flexibility of app, most importantly the support given is one of the best we have had. Even though eventually we didn't go with it (due to differing requirement), would definitely recommend them to anyone - your store is in good hand!

We rated 3 stars till the support reply to our emails and tickets .. we installed the store pick app paid and where so happy we found one ... but like other website owners who have little coding and html experience we could ot make it work and have some bugs 3 days and support does no respond to our support tickets all they send us is more application to install
