We were in search of a new app to help keep track of credits for a segmented portion of our customer base. FreshCredit is exactly what we needed. The customer service is excellent and the app is very easy to use. We simply just imported the chunk of customers that require the credits. We would recommend if you are looking for a store credit app to use for your customers! Super user friendly and they are great to help when it is needed.

I'm so glad that there is finally an alternative to shopify gift cards! Also Customer support was amazing, Todd was so helpful in walking me through the process step by step. Totally recommend this app.

WARNING!!! If you use additional notes in your check out process it will conflict. Customer Service took a week to let me know and then said "they are too busy" to fix the issue. Quite sad for an app that wants's it's customers to pay a monthly fee. I can't think of a worst response aside from no response. If customer service is something you are looking for, move on to another app. Fortunately for potential customers, I am not too busy to write this negative review.

Doesn't work if you're using a tiered pricing app like BOLD. It will simply remove the tiered pricing level already given to your customer before allowing them to use store credit. Which sort of defeats the whole point of the app. Absolute waste of time.

It's super easy and very simple to use. Not sure if it's worth the money but considering the other choices out there this was the best. It would be nice to be able to email the customer when a credit is issued with the ability to attach a note to it. Also to be able to see the balance or issue multiple credits is a little confusing but I figured it out.
