This app is malfunctioning. When I first downloaded it, I could see the view as how my customers would. Then after going to my site it only would show at the bottom, even though I selected for it to be at the top. Contacted Support and the rep. escalated it. She then said it was now working and that I should uninstall and re-install. I did that but the it does not even show at all. So weird and frustrating as this affects potential International Sales/
A great new addition for my shopify store, with a couple of niggles.
1. I would love to be able to have the currency switcher in the header, and not wayyyyyyy down in the footer where it's virtually hidden.
2. Would love to be able to customise the font, and style of the button a little more.
This app has great potential, I look forward to seeing what new features they roll out. Also - I would love it if an app like this FINALLY solved the EU-Vat display issue that has plagued European sellers like me for years.

Currency selectors in header often get hidden in the Menu for mobile visitors and are hard to find. This is why we offer the recommendation bar / popup which visitors can find lot more easily.
We will consider your feedback on providing more control over the styling of the button.

I don't know i'f I a missing a step but this app has not worked for me so for, I was able to add it to my store but it did not change the currencies

As per an email from Shopify that this app was going to be added to shops as of Oct. 4, I decided to download it ahead of time and right away it caused issues for customers viewing my website outside of Canada. It displayed incorrect prices that were converted TWICE! So if I had an item that was $45 cad it should have displayed $37 usd, but instead converted it again to $29.50 (the US equivalent of $37cad). How does that even happen? I fear for everyone who will find out bad this app is on Oct. 4th

I connected via VPN and launched a browser (Chrome), which i never use and did not see anything on my site. Suggestions?

We visited your store using a VPN set to the US and can see the recommendation on your store. However, multi-currency for Shopify Payments seems to be conflicting with the BEST Currency Converter app that you have installed.
We would recommend uninstalling the app and trying again. Geolocation ap should work as expected.

For translating your store, you should use the Geolocation app alongside an app that works with Shopify's store languages page. You can learn more about this at https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/sell-online/multilingual-online-store

I don't know if it's something I am not getting right. I installed the app, then goes to vmy website to give it a try on what customers will experience. Unfortunately when I choose a language, the only thing that changes is the theme language. Contents such as text, product titles etc still stays in English bwhich is my store default language. So I wonder how this app is of help to customers speaking other languages. Is there a way out?
