Paid for the premium membership because it promised integration with ReCharge (another Shopify app). Integration did not work at all. Tried to downgrade my subscription, but no option. Contacted support, no reply. Writing this in the hope that I get a response. I would like a refund for the 2 month premium and my subscription downgraded.
This is an easy and great way to keep track of affiliates and affiliate sales. We use the free version and it has been great! GOAFFPRO was nice enough to help us out and connect 3 of our international accounts into one which was very nice! We know have a master dashboard and I can see all my affiliates in all 3 countries.
This is a well developed and thought-out affiliate and referral app. The program is so easy to install and set up, even someone technically challenged like myself was able to do it... We wanted to start with an easy Refer A Friend program that just does store discounts and then scale to an affiliate program later. This is all doable with Goaffpro. The on-boarding is really good and the customer support very fast. All templates are pretty much ready to use or can easily be customised. In addition, the free plan provides enough features to get started and try it out. Highly recommend this app.

This is functionally and aesthetically superior to refersion. I love that it can be a white label situation, the MLM part is super easy to use and I am looking forward to also using the royalty functionality for some products. Super imprressed.
