I am rating it as 5 star purely because of the onboarding experience. It's super simple and easy to get started and the step-by-step setup process is perfect for even an amateur.

We use this app to track sales generated through online parties in order to give credit back to the Host/Hostess. Because the way we use the app is slightly different than it is intended, we had a small bump, but the support team was quick to fix the issue. Now it works perfectly and is going to save us so much time. No more manual tracking with a spread sheet every evening!

I have been using this app for more than 6 months now and I am very happy with it.
The setup can seems little bit complicated at the beginning because there is a lot of possibilities, but once you get use to it the whole experience is very smooth. Recently I wanted to connect my 2 Shopify stores and to give the ability for my influencers to use their referral link and discount code on both website. I talked to the app team and they gave me access to a master account so I can control everything from one website. Very happy with it, great app and great customer service !

This is a very good system indeed and the support is second to none. The app does most things out of the box and if you want a red ribbon, instead of purple, they can change it for you. Highly recommended (but not to our competitors :).
