Set up Google Reviews on my website and also send automated emails to customers. Relatively easy to set up for medium skilled web designer. But would prefer a step by step process to automate it further

Works pretty well. Harasses you for a review constantly so here I am. The ongoing cost is ridiculous for a 36 hour refresh. It should be 4 hours.

The vast majority of Google business owners don't get more, than 1 review within 24 hrs. That's why the default value is 36 hrs. Meanwhile, you can refresh manually and get the most up-to-date reviews.
