Nabu for Google Shopping Feed

It´s been a weeks since jumping from Google & Youtube app to Nabu. Everything has been working amazingly and after the initial setup, everything has been a smooth sail. Customer service answers fast and their FAQ is on point.

Worth noting: Nabu is taking care of our 50 shopping feeds with over 19 thousand products in each of them.

AdNabu is an excellent app and has made managing Google Merchant Center product feeds considerably easier, particularly when dealing with larger and more complex product catalogues.

What really sets them apart, though, is the level of support. Every time I’ve had a question or run into an issue, the team has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. They don’t just provide a generic answer. They actually take the time to investigate the account, explain what is happening and provide clear guidance on the best way to resolve it.

Most recently, they helped us identify and understand a Google Merchant Center capacity issue affecting a large multi-country product feed, while also providing really useful advice around feed sources and avoiding conflicts between different Shopify integrations.

As someone who manages Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts professionally, having a support team that genuinely understands the technical side of GMC is incredibly valuable.

The app itself is fantastic, but the quality of the support makes AdNabu very easy to recommend. Five stars from me.

they ignore all their bugs and they ignore you

they do not understand basic english. you talk to them about one thing and they reply on something else

These people create a app that doesnt work, and then will lie to you, ignore you, and tell you its your fault
