We migrated from woocommerce to shopify, where even though woocommerce had its issues, google was working fine. Now 50% of our products are rejected. Everything is correct, but this app is somehow rejecting a ton...

Doesn't work, at all. Products won't sync. Support team has no ETA of when it will be fixed (could be weeks or months).

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this app but in the past it has run fine. On my new site, I setup the feed on Google Merchant, and the whole site was imported including items unmarked for Google Shopping, which included items that Google does not want to promote at this time (ex: cloth face masks). This got the account suspended and I have been talking with Google for at least 2 months jumping through hoops but I'm really running in circles. I'm not sure what I can do at this point.

Unfortunately we're only able to see what Google sees, but we can get to the bottom of this for you to get your approved products on Google Shopping. I'm going to follow up with you via email to get to the bottom of everything, and get this working for you.

I hooked up my account with no issues. The issue I am having is the products are still pending for over a week? Thats a long time to PAY for advertising. What am I paying for? Ok there is a wait for 3 to 5 business days. Its been over a week? Sorry for the impatience, but time is money. I contacted google a few times with no response.

I've been stuck for 2 weeks on "Checking your site claim" after linking Google Merchant Centre account with this app. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing just gets stuck on checking site claim. Also the content API doesn't seem to work as a primary feed, I am having to use a separate Google Sheets to even get the products to show up in the GMC dash.
