We’ve had a smooth experience with QuickReply.ai, especially when it comes to WhatsApp automation. Setting up automated replies, chat flows, and order-related messages feels intuitive and saves a lot of manual back-and-forth. It’s particularly helpful for businesses that rely heavily on WhatsApp for customer engagement and want quick, structured responses without losing the personal touch.
Their support team is responsive and genuinely helpful, which makes onboarding and troubleshooting much easier. The WhatsApp marketing tools and dashboard are clean and easy to navigate, from broadcasting campaigns to tracking conversations and performance, everything is accessible in one place.
After you install it and setup with lots of steps which don't even work properly, you get blocked by a prompt wall in which they force you to book a demo in order to start using the app. In my opinion, this is a bad business model, since I maybe know how to use their platform or I just don't want a demo forced upon me.
