Gorgias made Customer Support easy, I particularly appreciate the integration with ReCharge. Also, the support team is very effective and replies within a few minutes.

I use this app daily for multiple uses within our company. The app has even introduced new special features that make it all the more worthwhile. The support team is just an added bonus as they are always prompt and efficient in addressing my needs.

Hands down the best customer support app for Shopify owners. I've used Helpscout, Zendesk and Desk.com and Gorgias beats them all. You can tell that they were built from the ground up for Shopify.

The tool + integration with Shopify is great and the support Gorgias offers has been really supportive, especially through COVID-19. Highly Recommend.

I have loved my experience with Gorgias so far. I've used MANY helpdesks with MANY bells and whistles and I'm really excited about my decision to go with Gorgias. The interface is simple. Everything is condensed into one place. Integration took 5 minutes (which is truly unheard of) and the customer experience is exceptional. I've been working with (harassing) Aasif for the last few months and he is always kind, down to earth, and more than willing to help. He is there for technical support as well as general e-comm advice and for me, that was a key differentiator. I never felt like my experience was overly salesy- it always felt friend to friend. Gorgias is continuing to innovate and push the boundaries and I'm excited to see how we scale with them.

Gorgias is by far the best customer Support APP for Shopify, but is has still room to become an even better APP. Here are my suggestions:
- custom FAQ based on the specific site
- multi language support
- chatbot support (AI)

Our team switched from ZenDesk to Gorgias in April 2021. We're still using Gorgias as of March 2023.

Their team responds quickly and takes their user suggestions seriously. They try to continually improve the software for the functionality of all their users.

So glad we switched! Still love the move to Gorgias! Very happy with the platform.
