Such a great team! Their support agents are quick and helpful, as well as our awesome CSM! I definitely appreciate the town hall meetings and how client-focused the whole team is at Gorgias. They're always eager to hear from their clients and always pushing to make the app better for us.

Live chat really reactive. Answered (politely) both to my questions that already had a solution and the ones that will be passed on to dev team. I'm not yet an expert user but Gorgias seems to be already extremely powerful and will continue to update the app with tons of useful features. Keep going on.

Gorgias Customer Service is excellent and their product is super helpful for our customer service agents. Senka answered my questions in a loom video in a timely, super helpful way and we were good to go. Highly recommended.

We use this app for about 3 months, and we enjoy it! Our favorite things are the snooze button, we can leave internal notes btw the team and merge tickets so we can have everything organized. Of course, need a few adjustments, however, Gorgias is always improving and the customer service is always ready to help. Great!

They're always so helpful and quick to reply when we have questions! It's appreciated since we do have quite a lot because we want to make sure we're fully utilizing all the different features within Gorgias.
