Die Einrichtung war super einfach, und meine Produktfeeds sehen jetzt besser aus als je zuvor. Der Verkauf auf verschiedenen Plattformen ist jetzt ein Kinderspiel. Ein besonderes Lob verdient Johannes vom Customer Success Management – sein Service ist einfach spitze! Schnell, freundlich und immer da, wenn man ihn braucht. Wir haben die App seit September 2023 im Einsatz und die App funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Anbindung an Idealo war dank der Unterstützung der sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und schnell reagierenden Mitarbeitern von Eshop Guide schnell bewerkstelligt. Damit hört es aber auch nicht auf, denn der Support ist auch jetzt noch gegeben. Wir hatten eine Rückfrage zu einer Einstellung und in einer schnellen Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit wurde uns mit einem kurzen Video weitergeholfen. Besten Dank an das Team von Eshop Guide!
