Love this app! Helps greatly with our AOV. Their customizations are easy to use and work nicely. Had an issue with the popups not working right on my store. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY! YOU NEED SUPPORT, BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS FOR SUPPORT SERVICE!
After installing the application, it does not run automatically. I need to perform a manual installation, but I waited for two hours and no one responded. There is no detailed installation video for installing the application either. Despite writing numerous times, there has been no response.

We use it in our drawer cart, cart page and it looks/works great. We just added it to our product page as well.
