I am currently using the Free version. The customer service is not bad. They reply asap & quite helpful! Just may need to communicate a few times to get what you really need done. Otherwise good service!

Worth a try if looking to add something simple to improve AOV

We found this app to be very easy to use and whenever we got stuck support was ready to jump in and help. So far we've seen good results from the upsells we have added.

I had a problem with getting 2 offers on the same page at the same time. Unfortunately the app cannot show 2 at the same time, but customer support was great and replied back immediate with my questions. The app does support 2 (if one is accepted, then the second will pop up), so still a great app. I would give this 5 stars if there was an option to allow two at the same time. But overall , good customer service and good app.

Great app for upselling in the cart page! Benedict has been very helpful and fast to respond to our issue. We look forward to seeing great results from this app. We recommend this app for anybody who is looking to increase their average order value :)
