This app is good; easy to install, easy to work out, and for simple use it's free. What makes it totally awesome is the support from the guys. Even though we are on the free service they give immediate response and solutions.Highly recommend.
Not only is the app great, the responsiveness is incredible. I've had 2 questions/requests since I installed a couple months ago and within 24 hours BOTH have been resolved/changed. I've been trialing multiple apps, as we launched our store just a few months ago - and this one is on the upgrade/purchase list. Install it, you won't regret it.
So far this app has been working perfectly and the support has been awesome. They will help you set the app up and even help you customize the look, color, and location. We are using the mini cart feature for our site and had been told by other app developers that having an upsell in that type of cart would not be possible... But not with this app. They replied super fast to my questions and made the changes that I need. I would highly recommend giving the app a try.
Love that this app offers a free plan for smaller shops, without compromising on its features. The customer service Lisandra is amazing too. She is always available and super responsive. This app has increased my AOV and makes it easy to test different upsells. Highly recommend!

The most customizable, intelligent and customer friendly uppsell app. I have been through so many apps and are so happy to finally have found an upsell app that keeps turning in those extra sales without confusing my customers with conflicting pop-ups.
Tried a few different upsell carts and nothing compares to In Cart Upsell. It is easy to setup, has lots of options and works great. Most importantly, I'm making money by offering certain add-on products.
