ただ、カートの中身や過去の注文状況などを同じ画面で見られるので、特別なクーポンを用意して案内したりなどができ、お問い合わせから購入につながりやすい印象です。
The one thing you REALLY need to add is the ability to put links in quick replies. We have to cut and paste the same links 20-30 times per day and it's frustrating.
