The Shopify Inbox app is really great and very helpful. It would be even better if customers could submit their phone number before contacting support. Also, image quality becomes low when sending images, which needs improvement. Other than that, everything is excellent.

No issues, like that ai drafts responses, that over time are getting better and better and i often just have to push send when I answer queries now.

So much simpler and effective than our previous third-party chat (Tawk.io). See the customer contact info and their cart helps so much with product questions. And the mobile app is just perfect for responding quickly. I'm so glad Shopify integrated this and offers a free solution to a common problem.

Shopify Inbox is fantastic! The chat messaging is simple, clean, and incredibly easy to use. Navigation is smooth, the design looks great, and installation plus setup took no time at all. Absolutely a 5-star experience!

Update: Would like to see Ai added to this. So, we have an automatic reply to customers. I know there's quick replies, but not as good. Still 5 stars though.

However, it could be even better with an automatic translation function to cater to international customers and an option to paste screenshots for a more visual approach to communication. Overall, it’s a highly effective tool for managing customer service and enhancing engagement.

So far I'm really happy with it. I like how I can share discounts, see what's in their cart and more.

I hope they add more options, like AI replies to certain questions that are not necessarily instant answers as we don't need a dozen or more options available there. However, some questions we are asked often could be answered with trained AI responses like we had in another free chat app we used up until switching to Inbox.
