L'app è sicuramente interessante, ma a volte il sync con l'app sul telefono non funziona perfettamente.
Sarebbe inoltre consigliabile vedere dove il cliente si trova all'interno dello shop per poterlo adeguatamente consigliare.

Would love more options/flexibility to configure. Esp the "Pre-chat Form" which I understand the purpose of, but I reckon a first name and email is all that's required. I.e a function to disable last name field would be great.
Because often the less data we ask of users, the better the uptake.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Funktionalität der App, viele Standard Fragen können direkt beantwortet werden, so hat sich auch seit Einstellung der App in meinem Shop die Kundenanfragen Anzahl stark verringert. Super Funktion ist auch die Schnell Antwort Möglichkeit. So können Standard Fragen wie Themen zum Versand, gebrauch, Inhalt und Co direkt für den Kunden beantwortet werden ohne selbst aktiv werden zu müssen.
