We needed a simple chat plugin that was easy to onboard and Shopify Inbox met those needs perfectly. It was easy to onboard and customize and it being a free app for us to try live chat with was also a big selling feature. We do miss the integration with messenger though!

Excelente aplicación para gestionar clientes que visitan tu web, aunque se extraña las integraciones con otros servicios de mensajería como Instagram o Whatsapp.
Muy recomendable ademas, puesto que permite cerrar ventas a través del chat dado la integración nativa con shopify y todo tu inventario.

The app has come a long way. Search is new which is good. Just the labels or tags would be great.
We might be far away but an integration into WhatsApp would be revolutionary.
