FREE and adds trust between the customer and seller. I also use it for reassuring addresses, and if there are special notes I have to tell my customers, I directly use this APP.

In terms of the feedback you've provided regarding how the enter button functions when sending a message to an offline customer, I can see why you'd prefer for the text to skip to the next line rather than sending a message to the customer each time. I used this app to help me try and keep up with the questions the customers may have about their orders or a particular item. It is useful and very helpful. I just wish I can get better notification.

I love this app. I've had many real time and other conversations with customers that have led to sales because of Shopify Inbox letting me know right away that a customer wants to communicate.
I think it is great. Much easier and better, and much more efficient than emails. Just wish there was a link to where I could include in my contact form as a few customers still send messages via email and then our response often ends up in their spam box and goes unseen. Inbox is great because there is no dropped communication.
Very helpful app, and it now supports multi-store businesses.
