The app works pretty well. No need for any other chat box. They make it easy to send products and any other helpful information to customers.

This app has been incredibly helpful in giving quick support to customers while they're actively shopping on the site. I wish it were able to give more insights about the customer while I'm chatting with them. It does give some details about items being added/removed to the cart, but I wish I could know what page they were currently on and exactly what items were in their cart so I could better ...

Shopify inbox is great because it sends us an email alert when someone has emailed our business and because we check the business email daily, we never miss the customer email sent via Shopify inbox.
