Ability to answer queries from various platform is super interesting. Keep up the work to include more platforms like Twitter, Tiktok. Also we need more automated message.

其他功能很好，非常好用，而且与shopify商城结合紧密，可以看到客户的加购等动作，希望以后不要收费，谢谢
