so far so good but I would love flexible plat form that support small business
I like it, but somehow I'm getting all my instagram messages on here and it's kind of a pain because most of them are not customers.

Good app, they should integrate the translation if someone change language of the store but overall is good
Easy way to manage store convos. I wish that it didnt log you out after a set point in time though. Other than that the app is great!
Inbox is simple and free to use. it works as it should. I like that if I am not online it still allows me to connect to potential customers via email.
