Customer info and basket contents with message makes it very easy to respond.
Shopify has decided that we no longer need to see statistics of how our staff are doing in Shopify inbox and removed:
1. Average response time
and mainly
2. Sales
Why would you even think that we don't need to see performance of this sales channel?
