Easy to use. Sometimes there is a delay of a few minutes before a chat message is delivered on my phone, but overall, it's a helpful app.

Unfortunately Shopify deleted some links in my store without asking permission then they closed the chat and failed me after being on the chat for hrs the close the chat again. It was Shopify mistake. Now escalation has occurred and they won't fix the issue, furthermore, they requested for me to reload again the information which I paid to begin with 5 yrs ago. This matter needs to be addressed as I do not know how to do this. There Isn't telephone support just chat the website company has failed me. Again I'm giving a 3 stars because the beginning was great but now it's really difficult to deal with getting escalations handle at all. My website looks unpolished and unprofessional until they help.

Very useful and helpful. You can guide your customers from anywhere from your phone so it will give you access 24/7 to your business and customer service.
We like the idea of using the Shopify inbox on our site but in reality the app is too basic.
There is no ability to universally select notification settings. Notifications are automatically set to ON and now everyone with access to our store is getting notifications.
To switch this off - EVERYONE will need to individually enter the app and disable notifications for themselves. Even if you have 100 staff members who are nothing to do with customer service. That is bad app design.
As the store owner I should be able to select who gets access to Shopify inbox and universally what the notification settings are.
I think there also needs to be more functionality integrated around which staff members are currently available to take conversations - ideally auto allocating them to people on shift.

It gets the job done. It sends quick notifications via email and or app. Does what it is supposed to do.

At least this app works for what it's supposed to. My experience with add on apps to Shopify has been pretty dismal. This app works and puts important messages right in your store where they need to be.
