In essence, I received free support for a new app and was able to save money by discontinuing an old app. Overall, it was a great experience."
very easy and convenient to use! I am not a computer genius, I am a self taught Gen Xer. You can answer messages on your shop dashboard or link your store to the shopify inbox app and answer on your phone anytime anywhere.
I like that I can connect with customers in real time to provide them support.
