Great apps, but we want our whatsapp also can include in the shopify inbox. can you guide us on how to do it?

Thank you for writing your review and I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying using Shopify Inbox. At this time, it is not possible to integrate WhatsApp messaging with Shopify Inbox, although I will be sure to pass your comments onto our app development team.

There are some apps on the Shopify App Store, such as WhatsApp app by SuperLemon, which allow you to connect WhatsApp to your store: https://bit.ly/3PQAL0m. This might be an alternative option you can consider. -Victor, Shopify Support

I'm happy that my customers are able to reach out to me at any time without sending an email. We are definitely getting more inquiries about our product. I downloaded the app to my phone, but it seems there is a lag in time, and most of the time, it says the customer is now offline and my message will be sent as an email. I'm not sure if I can fix that. I guess its time to check out Shopify Community to see what other people are doing with this feature.

Works really well. Not as full-featured perhaps, but does what it's supposed to (and it's free)!

It works well, but when you type a response to the customer you have to mouse over to the Send button. On other apps you can just hit enter and it sends your message. It slows you down a little bit.

I just loaded and so far like it! Really like the add product option!
We have already converted orders in the first 48 hours.
Would be nice if I could respond to chats on my cell! It does not optimize for the cell phone. Also would like chat notifications on my cell.
So much better than the chat app I was on and much cheaper!
